Service Agreement
These terms govern your use of VikingTasks services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided on a project or retainer basis, as outlined in individual service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
All work product delivered by VikingTasks becomes the intellectual property of the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Standard terms are Net-30 for established clients. We accept bank transfers and major payment platforms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information. NDAs are signed as standard practice for all engagements.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
Limitation of Liability
VikingTasks liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
